Temescal Neighbors Purpose Statement
Temescal Neighbors is the Neighborhood Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) for Police Beat 12X, Area 2, (a.k.a. Temescal). We are a volunteer organization working closely with City of Oakland officials and departments on projects to make the Temescal Neighborhood a safer and better place to live and work. Such projects include crime prevention, wildfire safety, emergency preparedness and response, beautification, and other projects that promote community betterment.
